The rectifiers are ideal for a variety of applications, including high-frequency inverters, DC-DC converters, and other automotive and commercial applications. The rectifiers now come in a smaller DO-219AB (SMF) package. They are ideal for use in high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial and automotive applications.
