STMicroelectronics LDK320 high PSRR voltage regulator, in stock at Mouser, provides a maximum output current of 200mA from an input voltage in the range of 2.5V to 18V. The device has a typical dropout voltage of 100mV and is stabilised with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The regulator is suitable for low power battery-powered applications.
An enable logic control function allows for a shutdown mode that consumes a total current lower than 1µA. This device also includes short-circuit current limiting, thermal and SOA protections.
