Economy power connectors offer compact single row or dual row crimp connections

Stocked by Mouser, the TE Connectivity economy power connectors are compact single row or dual row crimp connectors based on a 2.5mm centerline pitch. The EP 2.5 series is comprised of housings, contacts, headers and optional contact retainers. The contact retainers offer Terminal Position Assurance (TPA). When inserted, these optional TPA retainers maintain full contact insertion within the housing. In applications with with random vibration they help prevent the contacts from backing out of the housings. The connector series offers a perfect interconnection solution for densely packed printed circuit boards. They are suitable for household appliances, HVAC, industrial machinery (control boards) and products can be used for global applications where compliance to IEC 60335-1 and UL 94 V-0 is required.
