Infineon BTS50015-1TAD Smart high-side power switch, available from Mouser, is housed in a PG-TO-263-7-8 package and provides protective functions and diagnosis. The device is a 1.5mohm single channel smart high-side power switch and contains Infineon® ReverSave™ functionality. The switch has a low stand-by current and a 3.3V to VS level capable input pin. The power transistor is built by a N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump.
It is specially designed to drive high current loads up to 80A, for applications like switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, glow plugs, in the harsh automotive environment.
