Available from Mouser, the NXP NXQ1TXH5 One-Chip 5V Qi wireless transmitter is a controller and driver IC for 5V Qi-certified/-compliant low-power wireless chargers. It is a fully integrated solution that includes a 5V full-bridge power stage.
This wireless charger IC provides 10mW (typical) standby (wait state) power through low-power receiver detection circuitry. The device operates from a 5V USB power supply. It uses smart power limiting) to adjust the output power automatically to compensate for power-limited supplies. This device also supports foreign object detection.
Other suitable applications include Wireless Power Consortium QI certified/compliant wireless power transmitters; wireless charger for smartphones, toys, shavers, pads, and other handheld devices.
