Silego Technology SLG5NT1477V load switch, available from Mouser, is a 9.8mohm 6.0A single-channel device that is able to switch 0.95V to 3.3V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.5mm x 2.0mm FC-TDFN 9L package. The switch features logic level ON pin capable of supporting 0.85V CMOS Logic. The SLG5NT1477V Switch has a -40C to 85C operating temperature and a 3V to 5.25V operating voltage.
Suitable applications include watch power rail switching, tablet power rail switching, smartphone power rail switching and notebook power rail switching.
