Now available from Mouser, the JAE Electronics DX07 Series USB type-C connectors are compatible with the next generation USB type-C specifications. The connector features a reversible plug orientation and supports SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps communication and 5A maximum power supply. The next-generation USB type-C has been defined by the USB-IF as an I/O connector specification for mobile phones, various PCs, imaging devices and compact hand-held devices.
The plug is minimized to 1.7mm in the longitudinal direction and 1.5mm in the width direction from the size of the standard plug.
