Diodes Inc. DGD21x high-voltage and high-speed gate drivers are now stocked
by Mouser. The devices easily switch power MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge
and full-bridge configurations.
The DGD21x series devices feature high-side and low-side output drive
capability. They have simple logic level input and provide an easy interface
between the controller and power MOSFET/IGBT switches. The DGD21x support up
to 600V using a floating high-side driver that allows for operation on
high-voltage rails used in power supplies, motor drives and DC-DC inverters.
