Mouser is now stocking the Fairchild BAV99T/BAW56T, a fast switching diodes
featuring Trr < 4nsec. The low-profile surface-mount devices feature a
0.95mm max height and are lead free and RoHS Compliant.
Features include fast switching with Trr < 4 nsec, surface-mount device with
0.95mm max height, moisture sensitivity Level 1, Pb free and with a matte Sn
(Sn) lead finish.
