High-accuracy single-chip solution for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery packs

Designed for one-cell Li+ rechargeable battery pack applications, Diodes's AP9234L high-accuracy single-chip solution is now available from Mouser stock. The AP9234L incorporates a high-accuracy Lion battery protection chip and a dual N-channel, ultra-low RSS(ON) MOSFET with a common drain. It provides rich battery protection features and can turn-off the N-CH MOSFET by detecting over-charge voltage / current, over-discharge voltage / current, or load short-circuit.
