Mouser is now stocking STMicroelectronics' STT Series Automotive Ultrafast
Rectifiers. The devices implement proprietary new 200V planar technology.
They are suited for switching mode base drives and transistor circuits. The
STT Series are also intended for use as freewheeling diodes in power
supplies and other power switching applications in automotive functions.
