Oven-controlled crystal oscillators available with or without voltage control

RS Components now stocks the IQD IQOV-162 series of oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXO) which are constructed on an FR4 base with a metal lid. The series offers models with a HCMOS output or a clipped sinewave output with further options for pulling or without pulling. The crystal oscillators are available with or without voltage control. They have a frequency range of 10MHz to 100MHz and frequency stability of ±10ppb to ±100ppb. Other features include positive slope, input impedance of 100kohm minimum, and 260C maximum reflow temperature (30 seconds). Model Options: IQOV-162-1 HCMOS output, no pulling; IQOV-162-2 Sinewave output, no pulling; IQOV-162-3 HCMOS output, ±3ppm to ±8ppm pulling; IQOV-162-4 Sinewave output, ±3ppm to ±8ppm pulling.
