Soft-termination MLCCs relieve stress and suppress cracks during board mounting

Murata's GRJ series soft-termination multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are now available from TTI Europe. The capacitors are enhanced with a layer of resin electrodes relieving stress and suppressing cracks during board mounting. The compact devices measure from 1.6mm x 0.8mm to 5.7mm x 5mm, rated voltages are from 6.3VDC to 1000VDC, capacitance ratings range from 220pF to 47µF.
