RoHS compliant and AEC Q101 qualified n-channel PowerTrench MOSFETs

Fairchild Semiconductor FDBL863x3_F085 n-channel PowerTrench MOSFETs are now available from Mouser stock. The devices are produced using the advanced PowerTrench process, feature UIS capability, are RoHS compliant and qualified to AEC Q101. Applications include automotive engine control, power-train management, solenoid / motor drivers, integrated starter / alternator, and primary switches for 12V systems.
