Plug connectors for rigid and flexible LED PCBs

Phoenix Contact's plug connectors for rigid and flexible LED PCBs are now available from Farnell element14. The white plug connectors are specifically designed for LED applications and can handle currents up to 10A and voltages up to 25V. The PTF butt connector joins up two flexible circuit boards, and the two-pin and four-pin versions already have conductors connected for the inputs. With a total height of just 4.2mm and a width of 9.2mm, the plug connector is suitable for installing 8mm wide LED strips in guide profiles. A built-in locking mechanism ensures a secure connection to the PCB. The product range is available as direct plug in with 500mm cable attached and PCB connectors.
