Mouser now stocks the IPDiA 250C extreme temperature silicon capacitor which provides high capacitance and high reliability with low leakage current, low ESL and low ESR. Applications include defence, aerospace, automotive and downhole industries, high reliability applications, replacement of X8R and C0G dielectrics, decoupling / filtering / charge pump (i.e.: pressure sensor, motor management), and downsizing.
