Low ON-resistance high-side power switch P-channel MOSFET for digital mobiles

Rohm's BUS1DJC0GWZ, a low ON-resistance high-side power switch P-channel MOSFET is now available from Mouser stock. Aimed at applications such as digital cameras, mobile phones, smart phones, portable devices and digital video cameras, it comes in an ultra-small UCSP30L1 package. The switch IC operates on low input voltages ranging from 1.1V to 5V and exhibits a typical ON-resistance of 63mohm at 3.3V. The turn ON time of the device can be controlled to avoid inrush current.
