Nexperia Showcases Modular Motor Driver Evaluation Kit

At PCIM 2025, Electropages spoke with Stein Hans Nesbakk from Nexperia about their new modular motor driver evaluation kit. Designed to highlight Nexperia’s full portfolio—including MOSFETs, diodes, gate drivers, and multiplexers—the board supports flexible integration with third-party microcontrollers and power devices. 

With support for up to 1 kW, sensorless or sensored configurations, and both standard and custom gate drive voltages, this kit enables engineers to quickly prototype and evaluate power systems. Built with ease of use and documentation in mind, it’s designed to go from unboxing to spinning a motor in under two minutes.
