Cost-effective and reliable wire-to-board crimp receptacles

TE Connectivity's AMPMODU 2MM Wire-to-Board Crimp Receptacles, available now from Mouser, supply a cost-effective and reliable solution for miniature electronics, occupying 38% less PCB space than conventional 2.54mm (0.1") centerline connectors.

The receptacle portfolio provides housing styles without latches and with detent or positive latching and two contact sizes for 30AWG to 24AWG wire. These connectors are offered in single or double row with two to 25 positions per row, and the phosphor bronze contacts with dual cantilever beams are supplied in tin or gold plating. The receptacles provide reliable connections in high-vibration environments.

The product provides an audible click of a positive latch to ensure proper locking with increased safety with a polarisation feature to prevent incorrect mating. The wire termination is easily accomplished with recommended hand or applicator tooling. The receptacles are RoHS and REACH compliant.
