Automotive grade precision chip resistors for industrial and automotive controls

21-02-2024 | Stackpole | Passives

Automotive and industrial electronics require performance under harsh environmental conditions, including high temperatures. Film chip resistors are generally limited to full power up to 70C and operating temperatures up to 155C.

Stackpole Electronics' RNHT series of thin film precision resistors are created to offer full power capability up to 85C and operation up to 170C. The automotive grade series is AEC qualified and provides a wide range of values in sizes from 0402 through 1206 in tolerances down to 0.02% and TCRs down to 5ppm. The thin film device has outstanding long-term stability and reliability inherent in thin film technology.

Pricing for the series depends on size, resistance value, TCR, and tolerance.
