New slim panel mount power supply includes built-in active PFC

Delta Electronics has expanded its panel mount power supply PMR series with the new 240W model suited to commercial, industrial, and household applications. The new model offers an output power of up to 240W and nominal output voltages of 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V. The compact form factor design fits in limited installation space such as machinery, control cabinets, vending machines, and test and measure equipment.

The device has a built-in active PFC circuit and lower no-load power consumption. The device has a 30mm height low profile design.

The new model has a built-in active PFC circuit with high power factor values, increasing its efficiency to 93%. It also has a wide operating temperature range from -30C to +70C and SCP, OCP, and OVP safety measures. It meets IEC/EN 60335-1, IEC/EN 61558-1, and IEC/EN 61558-2-16 household appliance standards and receives harmonic current IEC/EN 61000-3-2 Class A and Class D, shock and vibration standard IEC 60068-2, IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 for ICT, and EMI standard EN 55032 Class B. The model is also fully compliant with RoHS Directive for environmental protection.
