Analog Devices Inc. ADG1206L/1207L Multiplexers Switch ICs, available now from Mouser, are monolithic iCMOS analog multiplexers comprising sixteen single and eight differential channels.

The ADG1206L switches one of sixteen inputs to a common output, according to the 4‑bit binary address lines A0, A1, A2, and A3. The ADG1207L switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output, according to the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. These multiplexers switch ICs feature EN input to enable or disable. The multiplexers provide 1.5pF off capacitance, 120-Ohm on resistance, and 1.2V and 1.8V JEDEC standard compliant.

The devices feature <1pC charge injection over full signal range and are fully specified at ±15V/+12V, with 32-lead and 5mm × 5mm LFCSP.

Typical applications include audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, battery-powered systems, data acquisition systems, sample-and-hold systems, and communication systems.
