Introducing multilayer ceramic inductors with tight tolerances

Würth Elektronik now provides the WE-MCI – a series of high-frequency inductors delivering a wide range of values: The 0402 package covers inductance values from 1nH to 270nH, while in a 0603 package range from 1nH to 470nH. A special feature of these automotive-approved components is the remarkably tight tolerances of ±5% or ±0.3nH for those models below 5.6nH.

AEC-Q200 qualified, with an operating temperature range of -55C to +125C, the SMT mountable components are ideal for applications in infotainment, keyless access systems, Bluetooth and filter circuits, and many more. The inductors are supplied with polarity markings on both sides for better production control.

Design kits are available for these inductor package types, so components with the right values are always available. The company will always reload these design kits free of charge.
