Mouser now stocks Mezalok High-Speed Low-Force (HSLF) XMC connectors from TE Connectivity. Developed specifically for mezzanine applications, the connectors satisfy the qualification needs of legacy Mezalok high-speed connectors with greatly reduced mating and unmating force.

The connectors are capable of data rates up to 32Gbps, delivering improved signal processing for embedded computing interconnects in mezzanine applications. The connectors reduce required mating and unmating force – by 32% and 47%, respectively – and fulfil robust standards listed in VITA 47 and VITA 72.

The connectors simplify installation and upgrades with various positions and stack heights. The connectors are provided with 60 or 114 positions in six-row configurations, with 10mm and 12mm stack height options. Further, the 114-position connector is compliant with VITA 61.

The connectors offer a wide operating temperature range of -55C to +125C and a VITA 42.3 pinout for enhanced thermal stability, enabling reliable solder joints. The connectors are ideal for aerospace, ground vehicle, missile defence, marine, and other ruggedised applications.
