Dual TMBS rectifiers excellent for high-frequency DC-DC converters and more

Vishay VX60M100PW Dual Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers, available from Mouser, provide 100V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) with a 2x30A maximum average forward rectified current rating (IF(AV)). These devices use the company's Trench MOS Schottky technology and provide low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation.

Each of these devices are all AEC-Q101 qualified. These features make these devices are excellent for use in high-frequency DC-DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, and reverse battery protection applications.
