Highly portable programming tool meets the need for production-grade flash programmer

SEGGER Microcontroller Flasher Portable Programming Tool, available from Mouser, is a stand-alone, in-circuit programming tool for microcontrollers with on-chip and external Flash memory. The company designed the device to meet the need for an extremely portable, production-grade flash programmer for in-field firmware updates. The device programs flash targets in stand-alone mode or via J-Flash software. Because Flasher Portable can store multiple configurations/data files, one unit can be used for different targets. Powered by three standard AAA batteries, the device eliminates the need to be tethered to an outlet. It supports ARM7/9/11, Cortex-A5/A8/A9, Cortex-M0/M1/M3/M4, Cortex-R4/R5, e200z0 (Power architecture) and Renesas RX610/RX621/RX62N/RX62T/RX630/RX631/RX63N cores.
