Circular connectors for commercial signal and power applications

Farnell element14 are now stocking the AMP TE Connectivity circular connector contact. The 205090-1 is a socket contact for D-Sub Amplimite series connectors. It accepts 0.2mm2 to 0.6mm2 wire cross sectional area and made of copper alloy with gold-plated finish. The crimp snap-in contact style comes in orange, blue and grey contact colour bands. There is a 0.31mm termination post length. They are available in panel or chassis mount and free-hanging configurations with quick connect/disconnect capability with thread assist and positive detent coupling.
