Lighting kits designed for aiding the growth of plants

The ILK-PETUNIA-XXX Petunia development kits, from Intelligent LED Solutions and available from RS Components, are lighting kits designed for aiding the growth of plants. It includes all the necessary equipment to develop a uniform growing light for plants. The development kits feature a 12 LED Petunia module from the company. This LED array consists of 12 LEDs from the SSL series by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. The LEDs come in a range of colour to suit various plant related applications. The SSL LEDs have a narrow beam angle which makes the Petunia LED array suitable for plant growing applications where a focused beam of light is required. The kits also includes the PETUNIA Lens by LEDiL which is designed specifically to work with the LED array and its SSL series LEDs.
