High-Isolation switches developed for Internet of Things applications

Developed for IoT (Internet of Things) applications, RFMW now supplies Skyworks' high-isolation switches. The SKY13522-644LF SPDT, SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T support operation from 700 to 3000MHz. Designed using SOI processing, the switches consume less than 10uA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control. Setting the switches apart is their high isolation, averaging 47dB at 2GHz, and high IIP3 of 56dB. Capable of handling 23dBm input power, the compact SKY13522-644LF, SPDT, is offered in a 1.1mm x 1.1mm QFN while the SKY13523-639LF, SP3T, and SKY13524-639LF, SP4T, come in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm QFN
