Versatile RF switch covers broad frequency range of 300kHz to 8000MHz

Designed for wireless and RF applications over the broad frequency range of 300kHz to 8000MHz, IDT's F2923 SP2T RF Switch is now available from Mouser stock. The F2923 provides low insertion loss, industry leading isolation at 2GHz and excellent linearity. The switch has a very low 0.48dB @ 2GHz insertion loss with a high 66dB @ 2GHz input IP3. The F2923 includes a patent pending constant impedance (Kz) feature that minimizes LO pulling in VCOs and reduces phase and amplitude variations in distribution networks. The switch is also ideal for dynamic switching/selection between two or more amplifiers while avoiding damage to upstream/downstream sensitive devices like PAs and ADCs. The F2923 supports 1.8V and 3.3V control logic. Applications include 2G, 3G, 4G base stations, portables, repeaters and E911 systems, digital pre-distortion, point-to-point, infrastructure, public safety infrastructure, WIMAX receivers and transmitters, defence, JTRS radios, RFID handheld and portable readers, cable infrastructure, wireless LAN and test / ATE equipment.
