PowerTrench MOSFETs offer low RDS(on) and high switching performance

Aimed at applications such as OringFET / load switching, synchronous
rectification and DC-DC conversion, Fairchild's FDMT8001x N-channel Dual
Cool PowerTrench MOSFETs are now stocked by Mouser.
The device combine Dual Cool and PowerTrench processes to offer very low
RDS(on) and maintain high switching performance. Also, the FDMT8001x
maintains extremely low junction to ambient resistance.
