Integrated power stages optimized for synchronous buck applications

Optimized for synchronous buck applications to offer high current, high efficiency, and high power density performance, Vishay's SiC620 integrated power stage devices are now available from Mouser stock. Packaged in proprietary 5mm x 5mm MLP packages, the SiC620 enables voltage regulator designs to deliver up to 60A continuous current per phase. The internal power MOSFET utilizes Gen IV TrenchFET technology that delivers industry benchmark performance to significantly reduce switching and conduction losses in applications such as multi-phase VRDs for CPU, GPU and memory.
