Mouser stocks the latest innovations from Skyworks Solutions, Inc. for aerospace, automotive, broadband, smartphone, cellular infrastructure, industrial, connected home and medical applications. Partnering since 2012 with Skyworks, the company continues to grow its customers' product development process by delivering more than 55,000 parts from Skyworks, one of the most extensive product portfolios in the industry, supplying world-class solutions for customers in virtually all industries.

The latest Skyworks offerings include:

The SKY55951-11 FEM is suitable for GNSS receiver applications. It features an integrated L1 LNA, post-filter, and an L5 LNA and post-filter. Part of the Sky5 portfolio, the FEM provides high gain, low current consumption, and integrated input and output matching for L1 and L5, all in a compact package.

The OLC449 is a radiation-tolerant phototransistor, non-hermetic surface-mount optocoupler useful for satellite constellation, surveillance, avionic, and radar applications. The optocoupler comprises an LED and N-P-N silicon phototransistor that is electrically isolated but optically coupled inside a non-hermetic six-pin LCC package. This optocoupler delivers a low LED operating current while providing exceptional radiation tolerance margins.

The SI83004 and SI83014 smart switches are exceptional options for driving resistive and inductive loads such as solenoids, relays, and lamps typically found in industrial control systems like PLC. The versatile switches can be interfaced directly with an MCU or controlled through a digital isolator or optocoupler-based isolation barrier. The devices have a logic interface that supports low-power 2.5V to 5V microcontrollers and is powered by the switch's high-voltage field power supply.

Skyworks' SI86Sx digital isolators are low-power CMOS devices supplying substantial data rate (150Mbps), propagation delay (10ns), power, size, reliability, and external BOM advantages over legacy isolation technologies. Automotive Grade options are obtainable for specific part numbers; those Automotive Grade devices are constructed using automotive-specific flows in the manufacturing process to address the robustness and low defectivity required in such applications.
