Littelfuse SP4337 Bidirectional TVS Diode Arrays, available now from Mouser, are created to protect high-speed interfaces against ESD, such as HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces, Thunderbolt, and USB 3.1 Gen 1. The device's signal line is protected by a TVS diode providing a low line capacitance of 0.18pF (typical). The device safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes up to ±15kV contact exceeding IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (±8kV contact discharge).

These TVS diodes also offer low capacitance, high clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response times. These features make the arrays ideal for protecting high-speed data lines.

Typical applications areas include USB 3.1 Gen1, HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, S-ATA, NFC, and 2.5G/5G/10G Ethernet.
