Unidirectional TVS offers low clamping voltage and low leakage current

STMicroelectronics ESDA9P25-1T2 Unidirectional TVS, available now from Mouser, is a single line TVS Diode intended to protect a power line or other low-speed I/O against ESD and small surge transients. The device provides low clamping voltage and low leakage current. This device exceeds the IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 standard, with a peak pulse voltage of 30kV for contact and air discharge.

The diode is provided in a compact SOD882T (0402) package, ideal for applications where high-power TVS and board space-saving are needed.

Typical applications include smartphones, mobile phones, and accessories; tablets and notebooks; portable multimedia devices and accessories; wearable, home automation, healthcare; and highly integrated systems.
