Nexperia XS3A1Tx157 Low Ohmic Analog Switches, available now from Mouser, are SPDT analog switches suitable for employment as an analog or digital 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer.

These switches feature a digital select input (S), two independent inputs/outputs (Y1 and Y2), and a common input/output (Z). The switches offer Schmitt trigger action at the digital input that makes the circuit tolerant to slower input rise and fall times. These switches provide low-threshold digital-input that enables this device to be driven by 1.8V logic levels in 3.3V applications with no significant increase in supply current. This removes the need for logic level translation and allows the device to switch 4.3V signals with a 1.8V digital controller. The switches provide low ON resistance (0.5Ohm) and flatness (0.13Ohm) that assures minimal attenuation and distortion of transmitted signals.

These switches are ideal for use in mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, and wearables.
