Texas Instruments UCC25640x LLC Resonant Controllers are fully featured LLC controllers including an integrated high-voltage gate driver. These controllers are created to pair with PFC controllers to give a whole power system utilising a minimum of external components. The resulting power system is intended to satisfy the most stringent demands for standby power with no need for a separate standby power converter. The controllers offer a highly efficient burst mode with soft-on and soft-off periods to reduce the audible noise at standby operation. These controllers employ hybrid control to give the best-in-class line and load transient response.

The controllers incorporate a variety of features intended to make its operation well controlled and protected. These controllers can be employed with UCC28056 or UCC28064A PFC controllers, along with the UCC24624 synchronous rectifier controller to give a comprehensive power supply solution.
