MCU uses CIPs with low power features

Microchip Technology ATmega808 8-bit MCU, available now from Mouser, features the 8-bit AVR processor with hardware multiplier, providing speeds up to 20MHz.

The MCUs accommodate up to 8KB Flash, 1KB SRAM, and 256bytes of EEPROM. The On-chip Flash enables the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system through an SPI serial interface, by a conventional non-volatile memory programmer, or by an On-chip Boot program running on the AVR core. The AVR core blends a rich instruction set with 32 general purpose working registers. The 32 registers are directly connected to the ALU, enabling two independent registers to be accessed in one single instruction executed in one clock cycle. The MCU uses CIPs with low power features, including Event System, Intelligent Analog and Advanced Peripherals.

The MCU is provided in 28-pin and 32-pin packages for design flexibility.
