Compact power relays provides for easier design and low power consumption

Panasonic HE-N Power Relays, available now from Mouser, are high-capacity general purpose power relays featuring a high switching capacity of 120A at 480VAC or 55A at 800VAC. These relays include a large contact gap of 3.6mm and a minimum insulation distance of 10.5mm. The relays are offered in a compact size of 50mm x 40mm x 43mm, which can be installed on a PCB without screw terminals. This compact size provides for easier design and lower power consumption with only 400mW coil holding power. Typical applications include battery storage system, inverters, stationary charging stand, electric vehicle charging station, and industrial equipment.
