AVX Accu-P series thin film capacitors, available from Mouser, offer enhanced RF power handling capability and improved mechanical characteristics. In addition, the capacitors also exhibit minimal batch-to-batch variability of parameters at high frequency, low ESR, high Q, and very low capacitance values and tight capacitance tolerances. The RF power handling capability of the series makes it ideal for use in both small signal and RF power applications. Ultra small 0201 chip size is available. They are suitable for cellular communications, CT2/PCN, satellite tv, cable TV, GPS, paging, radar systems and filter applications.
