Semtech TClamp low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays, available from Mouser, are designed to protect high speed data interfaces. The arrays protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, CDE, and lightning. These dual-channel transient voltage suppressors deliver protection while also presenting a minimal line-to-line capacitance.
Robust surge ratings for high-surge lightning protection helps communication, data interface, and xDSL equipment makers achieve compliance with the industry’s stringent EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) immunity requirements.
