The Texas Instruments’ 29.7mohm, –20V P-Channel FemtoFET MOSFET technology is designed and optimised to minimise the footprint in many handheld and mobile applications. This technology is capable of replacing standard small signal MOSFETs while providing a significant reduction in footprint size. It is optimised for industrial load switch and general purpose switching applications.
