Monolithic power modules with excellent load and line regulation

MPS MPM monolithic power modules, available from Mouser, are integrated DC-DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The COT control scheme provides fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilisation. These modules require a minimum number of readily-available standard external components, simplifying power system design. They also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to their compact QFN package. All MPS parts are lead-free, halogen free, and adhere to the RoHS directive. They are ideal for telecom and networking systems, base stations servers, personal video recorders, flat panel television and monitors, and distributed power systems.
