Available from Mouser, the Semtech TS13101 galvanic isolated latching 60V power load switch provides superior system flexibility. The device includes a single integrated 110mohm high voltage FET for high efficiency switching of power loads or other high current applications. The switch has an integrated over-current shut-down during short circuit or other unusually high load conditions to prevent device damage. An input pin, CLK, controls the turn on/off of the switch and with the CLK sequence is provided the switch will latch on and stay on until the turn off sequence is given or a fault is detected.
The switch provides control for home automation, connected buildings and Internet of Things applications.
