Low dropout linear regulators operate from -40C to +125C

For applications such as USB devices, add-on cards, DVD players and PC motherboards, Diodes' AZ1117I low dropout linear regulators are now available from Mouser stock. The regulators are available in an industrial operational junction temperature range of -40C to +125C. They are optimized for low voltage where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. They provide current limit, thermal shutdown and the circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within ±1%, says the company.
