Ultra-low forward voltage trench-based Schottky rectifiers

Mouser now stocks ON Semiconductor's NRVTS2xxESF low-leakage trench-based Schottky rectifiers. This new technology allows low forward voltage drop without the high reverse leakage trade-off experienced with planar Schottky rectifiers. The platform also provides highly stable switching characteristics over a wide temperature range and is an ideal output rectifier for switching power supplies, says the company.
