Delivering high reliability by combining a silicon Glitch-Free DSA and a
Zero-Distortion RF amplifier in a single, compact QFN package - the IDT
IDTF0480 RF matched broadband RF digital variable gain amplifier is now
available from Mouser stock.
The IDTF0480 RF DVGA provides exceptional linearity with +41dBm OIP3
performance across a very wide bandwidth of 400MHz to 2700MHz at
approximately 100mA of current. In addition, the device offers a typical
13dB typical maximum gain (no attenuation) with a 4dB noise figure and 23dB
gain adjustment in 1dB steps designed to operate with a single 5V supply.
Available in a 5mm x 5mm 32-pin thin QFN package with 50ohm single-ended RF
input and RF output impedances, IDTF0480 provides easy integration into the
signal-path line-up, says the company.
