High voltage DC EMI filters for EV fast charging

Mouser now offers the EVX high voltage DC EMI filters from TE Connectivity/Corcom. Developed to handle high power from 75kW to 2.4Mw fast chargers, the filters are an excellent choice for advanced applications, including EV Level 3 fast charging, BESS, solar power convertor systems, and power conversion systems.

These high-voltage DC EMI filters offer a wide range of three high voltage levels of 500V, 1000V, and 1500V, catering to various power requirements. The filters provide four high attenuation performance levels for EV charging, including standard with or without GND caps, medium, and high performance, ensuring versatility in their application.

The filters meet several important industry standards, including the IEC/EN 61851-23 standard and the UL 2202 standard for EV charging system equipment. The filters support a 150A to 1600A rated current range and an operating temperature range of -40C to +100C. Housed in a compact package, the filters can be easily integrated into charging and energy storage designs.
