Next-generation isolated amplifier and delta-sigma modulator family

Skyworks has introduced the next-generation Si89xx Isolated Amplifier and Delta-Sigma Modulator Family.

The family of devices are designed to provide accurate isolated current and voltage measurement with very low drift across temperature. Based on Skyworks’ robust, third-generation isolation technology, the new family provides flexible voltage, current, output and package options to help developers reduce BOM cost and shrink board space for a wide range of industrial and green-energy applications. This includes EV battery management and charging systems, DC-DC converters, and motor, solar and wind turbine inverters.
