Mouser now offers Intercontec connectors from TE Connectivity. With their design simplicity and simple assembly, the company’s connectors provide a reliable, customised solution for data, power, and signal transmission. These modular, highly versatile connectors are ideal for a comprehensive range of applications, including robotics, medical devices, drive systems, chemical engineering, aerospace, and transportation.

The connectors are offered in a mixture of sizes, functions, and power levels — all of which incorporate colour coding that stops the incorrect mating of connectors when wiring complex equipment. The connectors provide an innovative 1/8 quick locking system that assists in reducing installation times and the prospect of failures during on-site installations. All connectors are IP66/67 rated (unless explicitly stated otherwise) to meet EN 60529 qualifications.

The series 617 are 12 or 17-pin signal connectors that support up to 7A maximum power and are offered with either M17 threaded or SpeedTec quick-lock fasteners. The series 623 is M23 signal connectors with support for designs needing up to 160V and 20A. The series 615 and 915 are signal and power connectors, respectively, that comprise ytec and itec quick-lock fasteners.

The company's series 917 power connectors are M17 threaded connectors that support up to 20A max power and 4, 7, or 9 pins. The series 923 power connectors are M23 threaded connectors with 200A max power, while the series 958 power connectors feature 150A max power and 630V voltage.
